Other features include the soft bottom edge which molds itself around
obstructions in the door’s path and reduces the impact force. Even big doors (20' x
24') lift fast – up to 10 feet in 2.3 seconds which saves time in busy facilities, and conserves energy in temperature-controlled plants. The
self-healing door resets automatically meaning forklift collisions are no problem. Upon impact,
the door breaks out of the opening preventing damage to the track, and
resets automatically with the next cycling. A wide array of curtain options, clear
vision panels and methods of actuation allow easy customization of
the JetRoll® 693 to fit your location and application needs. The direct-drive
chainless construction starts and stops on a dime, holds the door in place in the
event of a failure and prevents the door from dropping. The 2
pairs of non-contact photoelectric sensor beams provide an extra margin of safety for
workers and equipment. No counterbalance means no spring to break, no spring to
