Standard Features

• Rotary limit switches with vernier adjustment - synchronized with the door.
• Adjustable torque limiter clutch.
• Ball bearing power train. 
• Drum type solenoid actuated brake.
• Primary reduction worm gear in oil bath, secondary chain and sprocket.
• Versatile direct coupling to door shaft or with chain and sprocket.
• Chain hoist for emergency door operations.

Standard Electrical Features

• Instant reversing continous duty motor with automatic thermal overload reset.
• Heavy duty reversing contactor – electrically and mechanically interlocked.
• 24-volt AC three button control standard. (115VAC control voltage option available)
• Prewired to accept:

• Constant or Momentary contact open and/or closed.
