190 Series "Preferred Thermacore"

SPECIFICATIONS:

194 and 195 Series

Sections:

The four sections in a door each measure 1-3/8" thick, are enclosed in embossed steel skins, and are insulated with foamed in place polyurethane.  Section heights are 19-1/2" and 21" (194 and 195 Series only) as required for various door heights.  Sections are finished with a two-coat white (also brown or almond polyester finish  194 Series only).  The bottom section includes a full length pliable bulb-type weatherseall.  All sections are solid.

Hardware and Track:

Vertical and horizontal tracks are 2" hot-dipped galvanized steel with bolt-on headplates.  The horizontals include a 12" standard radius.  Standard hardware is hot-dipped galvanized steel with self-lubricating nylon rollers.

Torsion springs available on all widths. Contact your local distributor for details

Struts:

One (1) 2-1/4" reinforcing steel strut is provided on doors 16 foot wide and over.  Three (3) 2-1/4" struts are provided on 18' wide doors.

Headroom:

A minimum of 12" headroom is required with the 12" radius track.  Allow an extra 3" if a door operator will be used.

195 (ONLY)

Sections:

Sections are finished with a baked-on primer and white polyester top coat.
