290 Series "Popular Thermacore" SPECIFICATIONS: 297 and 298 Series Sections: The four
or five sections in a door each measure 1" thick, are enclosed in embossed steel skins, and are insulated with foamed in place CFC free polyurethane. Section heights are 19-1/8" and 21" as required
for various door heights. Sections are finished with a baked on primer and baked on white (almond and sandstone 297 Series only)polyester . The bottom section includes a full length pliable bulb-type
weatherseal. All sections are solid. Hardware and Track: Vertical and horizontal tracks are 2" hot-dipped galvanized steel with bolt-on headplates. The horizontals include a
12" standard radius. Standard hardware is hot-dipped galvanized steel with self-lubricating nylon rollers. Springs:
Torsion springs available on all widths. Contact your local distributor for details. Struts: Three reinforcing struts will be provided on double wide doors. Headroom: A minimum of
