Overhead Door Bolsters Company Leadership

Overhead Door recently made some changes to leadership within our business that we are pleased to announce. Scott Yeager joined us and is serving as our Vice President of Operations. In addition, Joe Dachowicz and Foeng Tjong were promoted to Senior Vice President and Vice President of Product Engineering, respectively. In their new positions, these three leaders will work to fulfill Overhead Door’s strategic commitment to increase revenue and market penetration.
Scott’s executive operations experience in the manufacturing field will translate superbly to his new role and will prove to be an asset to the company as we continue to push Overhead Door into specialty market segments. Joe and Foeng’s promotions will strengthen the relationship between engineering and marketing, reflecting a new alignment in Overhead Door that will further our synergies and product innovations.

As Vice President of Operations, Scott will collaborate with the executive team to strengthen and expand the company’s operational execution and growth strategies. Scott has spent the majority of his career in Operational Leadership roles in the Tier I Automotive and Commercial Truck Segments., most recently with Jason Industries, Inc where he served as Vice President of Operations for their Janesville Acoustics Business Unit. Janesville Acoustics is a Tier I automotive supplier and leading producer of sound absorption felt-based molded and die-cut products.
In Joe’s new role as Senior Vice President, he is responsible for overseeing Marketing, Customer Care, Engineering and Overhead Door Parts. Foeng’s role as Vice President of Product Engineering will include leading the engineering team with a continued focus on growing market share and driving product innovation. Both Foeng and Joe have been dedicated team members of Overhead Door’s Marketing department since 2011 while Foeng also previously worked in the engineering department.
