Medical and Prescription Coverage
We give you two options to choose from:
Dental is included with either medical plan with no additional contribution from you.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Similar to a 401(k), you have the opportunity to save tax-free money for current year or future healthcare cost. In addition, we provide a generous contribution to your account.
We offer both a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account which allows pre-tax contributions to manage your current year costs.
We offer Company-paid compensation for an absence (e.g. loss of work time) resulting from personal illness or injury.
Term Life Insurance
We offer Company-paid basic term life coverage.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
This benefit provides additional compensation in the event of accidental death or dismemberment.
Supplemental Term Life Insurance
You may purchase additional life insurance for yourself or dependents.
